Information on Compliance with Legal Provisions Concerning the Sale of Alcohol

1. Age restriction

In accordance with applicable Polish law, the sale of alcoholic beverages through our website is permitted only to persons 18 years of age or older. Before making a purchase, the user must confirm their age. Ginnery Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to verify the age of customers and, in case of doubt, may request the presentation of an identity document.

2. Compliance with Polish law

Our website operates in full compliance with the Act of 26 October 1982 on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism, as well as other applicable laws that regulate the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in Poland.

Any purchase of alcohol by you through our website means that:

●     The User is over 18 years of age and is aware that the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited,

●     The purchase of alcohol is for lawful purposes and for personal use, and not for resale.

3. Prohibition of selling alcohol to minors

Pursuant to Article 15, Section 1 of the Act on Sobriety Education, selling alcohol to minors is a crime. To ensure compliance with this provision, we reserve the right to:

●     Age verification when placing an order,

●     Refuse to process an order if we are not sure that the buyer is of legal age.

4. Responsible alcohol consumption

We sell alcohol only for responsible adult consumption. We encourage our customers to consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation. Alcohol abuse can lead to health and social problems.

If we suspect that the purchase of alcohol is made in a manner inconsistent with the principles of responsible consumption (e.g. purchases in large quantities), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Scope of delivery

We sell and deliver alcoholic beverages exclusively within Poland. Shipping alcohol outside of Poland is prohibited, in accordance with applicable regulations regarding international trade and the sale of alcohol.

6. Sanctions for violation of regulations

Any attempt to circumvent alcohol sales regulations, including false declarations of age or attempts to purchase alcohol by unauthorized persons, may result in the order being cancelled and the violation being reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Changes in regulations

Ginnery Sp. z o. o. is committed to complying with all current laws regarding the sale of alcohol in Poland. Should any changes occur, our Compliance Policy will be updated and published on the website accordingly.
