Returns and complaints policy
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
● Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with no signs of use.
● Products that lose their properties once opened, such as alcoholic beverages, if the packaging was opened after delivery, are not eligible for return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a statement electronically to contact@ginnerygin.com or by post to the following address: ul. Krzyżówki 9a/22, 03-193 Warsaw .
2. Return process
After receiving a notice of withdrawal, the Customer is obligated to return the products to the address provided in the return correspondence, no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the full amount of the purchased items, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the transaction, unless we agree on a different method.
3. Complaints
Conditions for submitting complaints:
● Complaints may concern defective products or non-compliance of the order with the contract (e.g. damage during transport, incorrectly delivered products).
● Complaints should be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by contacting us via e-mail at contact@ginnerygin.com or by post at the following address: ul. Krzyżówki 9a/22, 03-193 Warsaw .
The complaint should include:
● Order number,
● Description of the problem,
● Photos of the damaged or defective product (if possible).
Complaint handling
After receiving your complaint, we will make a decision on its validity within 14 days . If your complaint is deemed valid, you have the right to:
● Replacing the product with a new one, free from defects,
● Receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
If the complaint is deemed justified, the costs of returning the goods will be covered by us.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal and return
In accordance with applicable law, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in relation to:
● Products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for resale due to their properties (e.g. alcoholic beverages),
● Products prepared at the user's special request or tailored to their individual needs.
